Building on this momentum—and on the success of previous editions of the Brazil Climate Investment Week, which brought together more than 800 participants, approximately 50% of whom represented national and international financial institutions—Converge Capital and Capital for Climate are pleased to announce the 2026 edition of the event.

The Brazil Climate Investment Week 2026 (BCIW 2026) will take place on May 19–20, 2026, in São Paulo, followed by site visits starting on May 21.

BCIW 2026 will feature two complementary events over two days, introducing new interactive formats, with a stronger emphasis on thematic roundtables, alongside panels and pitches, creating additional spaces for dialogue and contribution across the ecosystem.

The fourth edition of the conference will adopt a systemic lens to examine how capital and efforts across Brazil’s key economic sectors can be better orchestrated to accelerate the implementation of low-carbon and nature-positive transition pathways. The program will address structural barriers, emerging arrangements, and the financial instruments required to enable scalable and systemic transformation. As in previous editions, the conference will convene local and international leaders from business families, family offices, executive leadership, investment and wealth management, academia, civil society, and other key stakeholders.

NbS Investment Summit

Focused on connecting local and international private investors with concrete investment opportunities in Nature-based Solutions (NbS), the fourth edition of the NbS Investment Summit will center on the implementation and scaling of investments in Brazil. In addition to traditional pitches, the 2026 edition will explore priority themes such as regenerative agriculture at scale, MRV, carbon markets, and the pathways for deploying the USD 10.4 billion mobilized for NbS in the country. The Summit will feature a curated pipeline of approximately 35 opportunities, including funds, developers, startups, and operating companies.
