NbS Field Trips by Capital for Climate
Brazil Climate Investment Week Track

Following the success of our previous Brazil Climate Investment Week field trips, Capital for Climate offers a highly curated portfolio of NbS site visits.

The itineraries below are designed exclusively for capital allocators to experience an immersive, operational view of projects ranging from Agroforestry to Enhanced Rock Weathering. Investors will have the opportunity to evaluate execution firsthand and conduct on-the-ground due diligence of these assets.

Here are the projects that will be visited:

    • May 21: InPlanet (Enhanced Rock Weathering)

      • Rio Claro, SP

      • Departure at 7:30am from Shopping Eldorado (Av. Rebouças, 3970 – Pinheiros, São Paulo)

      • Return at 5:00pm

      • Arrival at the meeting point must be by 7:00am sharp.

    • May 22: Courageous Land (Agroforestry, Sustainable Timber

      • São Luiz do Paraitinga, SP

      • Departure at 7:30am from Hotel Unique, Av. Brigadeiro Luís Antônio, 4700 – Jardim Paulista

      • Return at 5:30pm

      • Arrival at the meeting point must be by 7:00am sharp.

Following the success of our 2024 field visits—including a visit to an exemplary nursery in São Paulo and two pioneering agroforestry projects in Bahia—we are pleased to offer a new series of curated Nature-based Solutions (NbS) field trips as part of BCIW 2025.

June 7th

The 2025 program kicks off on June 7th with a visit to a flagship agroforestry site in the Mata Atlântica (Atlantic Rainforest) near São Paulo. This trip is confirmed and includes transportation.

June 8th

Additional visits to other biomes across Brazil are planned for June 8, depending on participant interest.
